We all know that being creative isn't about being the best or having the best score in exam. It's about being out of the norm. That's right, being 'special'. Yet people who are 'special' tend to be criticized for being indifferent. So, does that mean we have to suppress our creativity to be accepted by the society today? Check out this TED talk by Sir Ken Robinson to understand more about creativity!

To be or not to be, that is the question.Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-77801643478557559722010-05-31T14:08:00.004+08:002010-05-31T14:32:43.312+08:00Kpost
This is just a short post. Since one of his friend was asking about this last night, he realized that he can use this chance to update his blog. A short quick post.

In Korea, people address those who are older than them by using hyung, oppa, unni and etcetc. Some of this can be a bit confusing, so here's a simplified version of who uses what.

If you're a guy, you would use 'hyung' when addresing your close male friends or older brother and 'noona' when addressing your close female friends or older sister.

If you're a gal, you would use 'oppa' when addressing your close male friends or older brother and 'unni' when addressing your close female friends or older sister.

For your close friends who are younger than you or your younger brother/sister, you use 'dongsaeng' regardless of their gender.

Practically, 'hyung' and 'oppa' means 'older brother' while 'unni' and 'noona' means 'older sister'. This is the informal way of calling your older brother/close male friends or your older sister/close female friends. When you use these terms, it means they are close to you ( or they know you well) and it implies that you can speak to them in a less formal way.

If he were to continue about formalities it would take another lengthy paragraph which destroy his intention to make a short quick post. Therefore he'll stop here. Kabwaya dwoeyo! =)
Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-12387443746210047222010-05-07T16:51:00.004+08:002010-05-07T17:53:14.250+08:00How much do you believe in someone?
Back to updating his blog after a week, not sure if this process of updating his blog will last but well... So... He was in facebook just now and he saw something which seems interesting, interesting enough to spark his interest and interesting enough for today's topic.

Do you know that sometimes, just a small act like believing the sincerity of others can actually brighten up their day?

Have you ever encounter a situation where you just say or scold what you want to others just because they do not accept your ideas? Have you ever wondered why the other party would refute your ideas or your arguments?

Very often, people see what they want to see and hear what they want to hear. This statement is so true that some find it hard to believe or to understand what it actually means. It actually means that we human, tend to see things as how we want rather than seeing it as a whole. That being said, many choose to believe that god exist just because we want to believe that there is something more superior than us and that 'thing' is taking care of us and keeping us safe although no one has actually seen a god in their life. (p.s. That doesn't mean I don't believe in god cause I do =)

So... Back to how he come to think about this topic. First off, he'll put a chat to easier demonstrate what he wants to say. He had once told Y about how good some stuff is and how Y should try it too. But. Being as ignorant as usual, Y chose not to believe in what he had said and decided to keep 'false impression' Y has about that stuff thinking that he (the blogger) just wanted to promote that stuff. Soon later, X was telling others about this stuff and Y saw the conversation which leads to the chat below.

X: This is really good! Etcetc etcetc is so good!

Y: Is it really thattttt goooddddd?

So in this context, if only Y had pay a little more attention to his little dear friend (me), Y wouldn't have needed to ask again in that doubtful voice. =)

Once again, he isn't angry with anyone while he's making this post and this post isn't meant to flame anyone, its just an example to depict the power of believe. To show how a person's opinion and answer can be changed based on what they choose to believe in. ^^v
Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-60652587471497499752010-04-30T21:11:00.004+08:002010-04-30T22:25:41.118+08:00Human's personality. This is not a test / questions =)
He wonders why that always around midnight to dawn is when he feels the need to update his blog the most. And another thing that puzzled him is that great inspirations only come in during when he's frolicking on the bed. He feels that probably because his brain is less stressful and more calm at that moment that he's able to come up with many great ideas. However great it may be, they will soon dissipate right after deep slumber...

So as for today, he's gonna talk about personality, something which everyone cares about regardless of their age. It can be defined as the quality or state of being a person and everyone has their own personality, from being polite to cool, its what make up who you are today. People are often judged for their personality; 'He / she is a nice person', 'I hate them because they are ruthless'. Some people make good judgment while on the other hand, many tend to make their own judgment as per se. Though he would like to talk more about that, he realize he can keep that for his later updates.

Some people can get very conscious about their own personality which often leads to questions like 'why are they doing this?' or 'why is he / she not replying my message? did i do something wrong?' These questions can actually be avoided by being just a little more open minded and to list out all the possibilities that could have happened. Coincidence happens and very often it happens when you least expected them to happen.

This would often be dangerous for those who have personality problems. Let's have a look at this scenario, Z who is already depress wanted to talk to B but B is busy at that moment, Z then went and look for C at home just to find that C isn't home at that moment. Lastly, Z called up T who is working but T hung up on Z saying that the boss is there. In the end, I'm sure you can guess what would happen next to Z.

The next part would be just a brief description about the blogger himself, so as to let the readers know what kind of person the blogger is and what type of post to expect.

He's a rather cheerful and open minded person. He doesn't dwell into sad or depressing matter for long (few minutes to maybe umm... a day?) and easily move on with life. He always let bygones be bygones. Enjoy laughing... but well again, who doesn't? =)
Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-3387022408451179692010-04-30T01:40:00.004+08:002010-04-30T02:22:12.959+08:00A rather sudden post, will it last?
Finally, an update. He must have felt really bored to be suddenly blogging at this wee hours. There is nothing at the moment that can spark even a tiny bit of his interest. He was actually surfing the net till he suddenly realized that he could actually spend the time updating his blog which he has left untouched for quite some time.

For a moment there he couldn't thought about what to blog about but suddenly he knows that he can talk about this very common topic. Life.

Have you ever in your life, stop to think about the past and how your life would have changed if you, at that very moment have taken another path. What would you have done if one day you're given a chance to go back to past and rewrite the history? Which part of your life would you want to change and how?

And sometimes in our life, there are certain decisions we have made against our will. Would you want to rewind back to that period of time and choose another decision? Or would you still stick to the same decision which has brought you where you are now? How would it had affect your future; will you become better or worse? Well, at least that's for you to figure out.

To him, the past will just remain as a history no matter how hard you look at it. Rewriting the history will be impossible for now and it isn't something to meddle about even with the invention of time machine in the mere future. It would be a real mess even if just a little part of the history is rewritten!

An abrupt stop because he suddenly feels sleepy and decided to go bed now.The word 'suddenly' appeared quite many times because this update is really sudden even to the blogger himself. =)

Good night. ^^

Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-88740041969400283502010-01-14T14:32:00.004+08:002010-01-14T14:57:34.538+08:00Dedication?
Though he doesn't really have any future plan as to what he should blog about or whether this blog will become inactive after a few weeks. He chose to ignore those negative thoughts and to concentrate on the current; update whenever possible.

More than a month has passed by since he last finished his exam. It was a fun and crazy month with so many events and happenings. Almost every event starts with a grin on the face and ends with crazy laughter. Outing with his friends was great. Prom night was ummazing and bachelor's night was exceptionally fun.

It was great meeting up with all his friends during the holiday. Outing with Jude, Loo Han and Isaac P was fun and filled with laughters. Meeting up with Chai, Alex, Andrew, Kee Weng, Chia Ming and Wei Keong was great too. Not forgetting Nick, Chun Yian, Yeong Sheng and Jia Wei whom he met from time to time.

Though there are other people whom he has yet to hang out with and is looking forward to it. These people are Tzong, Soon Heng, Shobana, Julian, Ester, Lavnya, Sanjiv and a few more to name (cause he can't remember so many at the moment xD)

This post sounds like a dedication post. It was a usual starry night to everyone but strangely enough, he felt like as if it winter and summer all over his house. He was freezing and boiling at the same time. He felt sick.

He is sick. At the very moment school reopen. Though if he were to go to school, he would or might have missed his first day of school. Luckily, no more schooling life. Doesn't have to worry whether he'll miss school or not.

Anyway, it was a terrible sickness. Sudden hot and cold back to back. Long story cut short; fever and cold. At that moment, nothing is more important than surviving the sickness. Nothing. Could it be H1n1? Well, he doubt. Haha... Luckily again, its over... or so he hoped.

This post is just to keep the blog updated. There are more stuff that he wanted to blog about, but decided to leave those for the next post (only if he can still remember).

Somehow, it felt good knowing that he doesn't need to go to school anymore although he's sick. ^^Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-33661130412615406222009-12-30T20:35:00.001+08:002009-12-30T20:36:57.350+08:00B.A.R.Behind every word lies a deep meaning. Every blog title has their own meaning while some resemble the blogger itself. For the past few titles that he has put up in his blog, each has its own meaning (which is really simple actually).

In this post, he actually wanted to explain the meaning behind the previous titles but he decided not to because he knows it would be too boring to dwell into the past titles as they are… the past.

B.A.R. stands for blogger and readers. He believes that between every blogger and readers, an invisible bond is formed. In short, most of the blog post actually represents the blogger’s feeling or emotion and this feeling is shared by the readers with the blogger’s identity remain anonymous.

This is somewhat a little bit different from writers and readers as most of the time writers would write stuff that can be published or would do well in the current market and most of the readers would know the writer’s identity or status.

Thus, he would hope that his blog would share the happiness or sadness felt by any readers who stumble upon his blog.Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-82460384238421427092009-12-27T19:43:00.003+08:002009-12-27T19:47:19.443+08:00RefreshOnce again, he has decided to update his blog after a long break. He has yet to come out with any inspiration for his blog, but he thought that it would be better to give it a try and to update his blog as frequent as possible. (Though he doesn’t know if there’s actually anyone following his blog)

He knows that writing long essays with perfect English doesn’t suit the style of blogging but nevertheless, he would still try his best to use proper English in his blog. Thus, he came up with a new idea which might (or might not) be suitable to use.

Somehow it’s very similar to Kit Kat; crunchy and chunky. He can’t seem to find any particular reason for using Kit Kat as an example, but it would seem that this idea has very much resemblance with Kit Kat. He thought that it would probably due to the role of the media, advertising the same Kit Kat in many different ways which made the idea of Kit Kat now stuck in everyone's mind.

First, one part of the motto; “Have a break…” which in this case, short paragraphs. Secondly, Kit Kat is famous for its chunky bars that can be broken down easily. Every sentence is simple and can be digested easily without much interpreting. Therefore, when you come across the not-so-short paragraph, just break it into sentences and digest it one by one.

He has also decided to blog in the 3rd person’s perspective for some unknown reasons. This idea just came to him like how Archimedes shouted out ‘Eureka!’ when some volume thingy was discovered.

Adios~Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-82477910641740436332009-08-16T00:18:00.004+08:002009-08-16T00:23:20.995+08:00~Graffiti~
Hello! I had wanted to blog since like few weeks back about other stuff but has been procrastinating. Haha... After much procrastination, finally I've decided to update and its actually related to my very first post of the blog. :) That first post was quite an emo post as far as I can recall a little but I assure you this time it'll be a more cheerful post.

Just as any usual days, today is nothing out of ordinary throughout the whole of morning. Lessons are almost the same, tiring and stressful. ><

But but but... Today is not like any other day after 2.40p.m.!

A few of us met with one of our close friend, Ming Gene (lol... chai sounds better) who just got back from Australia recently. Lol... H1N1. But I know he isn't infected because he's still the the ever cheerful, funny and jovial guy we all know. I'm sure you can imagine how a sick person will look like, probably coughing and sneezing every now and then. I may be wrong but... if we get infected probably we'll just spread it to everyone in the school. Haha! Like what one of my friend says 'since one part of the paper is torn, just tear away everything la' Lol.. jkjk ^^ don't worry I won't get infected nor spread. Hehe...

So... We went to Lot 10 or commonly known as 'chap fan' shop to have our lunch. We then go to Coffeebean at MP, for coffee of cos. We walk around and talk a bit. Went to see watches. Talk. Laugh. Joke around. Laugh laugh laugh. Go back home. Reallly short. I wanted to blog about it but now that I'm blogging here it seems really simple and short, haha. Anyway, its still an update. :) So... he's back for 3 weeks. Hope we get to hang out more b4 he goes back.

Actually wanted to put that pic of me and him at McD but saw Nick put his already :)

To chai if you are reading this xD : I didn't know you visited my blog cause I hardly update but do visit more next time :) Oh Btw! I have meant to tell you sooner bout the things you wanted to 'bone' me but cause you hardly online and I have forgotten bout it after quite some time. Haha.. Cheers!

I don't know what gives me the urge to blog suddenly in the midst of everything or anything. Probably cause of mr.Genie (lol same name as snsd new album).

That's all for now.

Adios~

Quote of the post: History is important; Apollo landed on moon on the ...?
Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-67644125183820183182009-06-11T20:34:00.002+08:002009-06-11T20:41:51.773+08:00~Who Do You Trust?~Who do you trust? Would you trust an answer given to you by your one and only best bud? Or would you rather trust the answer given by 10 of your friends whom you consider to be just ok? Would you rather trust the person whom you’ve just known for a day or someone whom you have been friend for decades?

If you were to ask me, it would be ‘follow my instinct’ or in other words, follow what your heart desire. As a matter of fact, many people tend to overlook this and would probably think that it is some kind of joke. Even if all our 5 senses were to fail us, we should still have faith in our instinct and know what is right or wrong. Example of instinctual actions are like a baby learning how to walk or talk while those thing that are related to instinct can be the sense of fairness in human or the ability in acquiring a language. Do you remember when or even how you started walking? Instinctively, a baby learns to walk when they don’t even know what is walking. They do not need to be coached by others on how to walk. Instead, with a strong willpower and the desire to walk as they see all the adults do, a baby slowly learns how to walk on their own subconsciously. Even if there’s someone there to teach them, I’m sure as a baby they wouldn’t understand or get the gist of what the adults are teaching. Have you ever wondered why most babies put whatever they can find into their mouth? It is also part of their instinctual action to tell their immune system about the environment and how it should adapt to the environment. Instinct which is sometimes also regarded as the sixth sense is actually a very important ‘tool’ needed in the survival of the fittest.

So… back to the topic, who do you trust? Trustworthiness is a very important factor/ reason/ value that are fundamental in an establishment of a relationship/ company/ marriage and other stuff. It is actually a reliance that a person put on others. In other words, when you say ‘how much do you trust me’ it actually means ‘how much faith or how much can you rely on me’. For example, if you do not trust a person, you wouldn’t tell him some sort of secrets that you have or let them do those tasks which are important or difficult. Trusting each other and those who are close to you is important in forming a long lasting relationship with others. I believe that instinct is important in determining who to trust and not those rumors or words that are going around because it has never fail me.

By trusting each other, big deals or contracts are made by big companies. Big deals create more advanced technology. Technologies create a more modern society. The world become more advanced. Internet connection becomes faster. Download speed is faster. Everyone is happy. ^^

So... who do you trust? Your little doggie? Or your friends? :)

That's all for now!

Adios Amigo~

Quote of the post: Everyone has a reason for doing something, it's just up to you whether to accept the reason or to reject it.Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-35855749167969364622009-06-04T18:21:00.004+08:002009-06-04T18:42:48.292+08:00~Them in the net~Tmnet has always been a disappoinment for all of us. Especially when it is the time we needed internet the most which is normally during our holidays.

Imagine, life without internet would be just as dull and boring. You wouldn't be able to look for news or articles online, download songs or movies 'legally', stream movie and watch it online and many other stuff... With internet we can do plenty of things and many 'wonders' like downloading songs or movies for free when we're supposed to have to pay to buy them or chatting with another person which is miles away.

I'm glad that human are smart, creative and innovative enough, to be able to invent things and become more advanced leaving behind the prehistorical age. With the presence of the world wide web comes about the creation of blogs and with the presence of a blog, I'm able to deliver my messages and thoughts here... see another wonderful creation of mankind. :D

Lol, thats so random... Btw, just for fun, see if you can guess what the title meant. It has a few interpretation. Can be found in the post. Its easy! xD

Thats all for now!

Adios Amigo~

Quote of the post: Be happy that you're borned as a human and not something else! :)Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-10753179707967956262009-04-11T21:12:00.003+08:002009-04-11T21:33:58.560+08:00~Filler~
Being idle right gives me the urge to blog, and not knowing what to blog about, I've decided to blog about Naruto. Another 9 months for me to stay in MHS. Its been like around umm... 11 months since I entered Form 6. Things have been hectic and stressful I would say (most will agree while some may not). Extra class almost every now and then and just the thought of coping up with studies itself can be really tiring.

I can still remember vividly the first few days when I entered Form 6... many things were strange due to the new environment and awkwardness can be felt among classmates. Time flies and things have changed. Now, lessons are getting better (although it is still stressful and tiring) and the environment in the class has changed. Most of us are comfortable with one another and trying to help out each other whenever possible. As for the guys, we talk bout whatever stuff that comes to our mind, be it silly or funny or lame and laughing at almost every single joke.. Haha.. Although emo-ism can still be felt sometimes, it wouldn't and can't last long and will easily diminish in a really short span of time.

I guess that's all for now.. Just wanted to keep my blog updated and give a random post but without realising it I've posted like 2 paragraphs bout Form 6 life.

Quote of the post: Appreciate and enjoy whatever you have now because you never know what will happen tomorrow.

Adios Amigo~Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-80407981436656567622009-03-26T12:58:00.003+08:002009-03-26T13:36:25.180+08:00~OMG~Just another usual day, woke up in the morning, wash up and had my breakfast. As I was walking out to check for letters in my mailbox today, I passed by my living hall which seems to be a little extraordinary compared to other days. There was a box, a box of a quite distinct size i would say, situated near the sofa. As I peek a little closer... Feeling of excitement and joy rush through my body and I can't believe what I've just saw...

CAUSE....

To my utter amazement, a PS3 box is standing right before my eyes! Its like OMG, 'Am I dreaming?' A PS3!!! Something which I never thought that I would actually have it is standing still in front of me. It was a surprise birthday present for me by my mom and bro! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Love ya lotzz! :D

Anyway, thats the end of the story ^^v It is silver in colour, comes with 2 games (Street Fighter IV and Little Big Planet) and some goodies. Hmm.. extra classes were okok, they weren't all that tiring except for some days where we had super long hours of classes. Other than that they were all alright and some were even fun especially when we have 'holiday' activities after them. Have been reading chemistry for the whole holiday (which is not very productive) and did some exercises for mathematics. Biology project includes collecting flora and fauna specimens from anywhere you can find to be preserved, can't say it's all that bad cause we managed to do it well and nicely although we started last. Haha.. The rest of the activities were great as well, playing games with *blitz, Kaxon, Archie, t2onG, Xyle, Lancer, rebornkel*, hanging out, shopping with friends and going for movies. Idle is also part of the activities. ^^ I guess that sums up everything bout my holiday with friends. =)

Adios Amigo~

P.S. The [hours spent] are merely for fun and the accuracy level is only up to 70% cause I didn't go and time myself when I'm doing those activities. I received it as a forwarded email from my friends recently and I find it very meaningful. It may not be 'Mother's Day' today but I would like to show my appreciation to my mother for what she has given to me all this while. Treasure every moment you have with your mother or your parents because it's never too late to show how much you care for them and your appreciation to them.

~-~-~-~

EIGHT LIES OF A MOTHER

This story begins when I was a child: I was born poor. Often we hadn't enough to eat. Whenever we had some food, Mother often gave me her portion of rice. While she was transferring her rice into my bowl, she would say 'Eat this rice, son! I'm not hungry.'
This was Mother's First Lie.

As I grew, Mother gave up her spare time to fish in a river near our house; she hoped that from the fish she caught, she could give me a little bit more nutritious food for my growth. Once she had caught just two fish, she would make fish soup. While I was eating the soup, mother would
sit beside me and eat the what was still left on the bone of the fish I had eaten. My heart was touched when I saw it. Once I gave the other fish to her on my chopstick but she immediately refused it and said, 'Eat this fish, son! I don't really like fish.'
This was Mother's Second Lie.

Then, in order to fund my education, Mother went to a Match Factory to bring home some used matchboxes which she filled with fresh matchsticks. This helped her get some money to cover our needs. One wintry night I awoke to find Mother filling the matchboxes by candlelight. So I said, 'Mother, go to sleep; it's late: you can continue working tomorrow morning.' Mother smiled and said 'Go to sleep, son! I'm not tired'
This was Mother's Third Lie.

When I had to sit my Final Examination, Mother accompanied me. After dawn, Mother waited for me for hours in the heat of the sun. When the bell rang, I ran to meet her. Mother embraced me and poured me a glass of tea that she had prepared in a thermos. The tea was not as strong as my Mother's love. Seeing Mother covered with perspiration, I at once gave her my glass and asked her to drink too. Mother said 'Drink, son! I'm not thirsty!'.
This was Mother's Fourth Lie.

After Father's death, Mother had to play the role of a single parent. She held on to her former job; she had to fund our needs alone. Our family's life was more complicated. We suffered from starvation. Seeing our family's condition worsening, my kind Uncle who lived near my house came to help us solve our problems big and small. Our other neighbors saw that we were poverty stricken so they often advised my mother to marry again.
But Mother refused to remarry saying 'I don't need love!'
This was Mother's Fifth Lie.

After I had finished my studies and gotten a job, it was time for my old Mother to retire but she carried on going to the market every morning just to sell a few vegetables. I kept sending her money but she was steadfast and even sent the money back to me. She said, 'I have enough money!'
That was Mother's Sixth Lie.

I continued my part-time studies for my Master's Degree. Funded by the American Corporation for which I worked, I succeeded in my studies. With a big jump in my salary, I decided to bring Mother to enjoy life in America but Mother didn't want to bother her son; she said to me 'I'm not used to high living!'
That was Mother's Seventh Lie.

In her dotage, Mother was attacked by cancer and had to be hospitalized. Now living far across the ocean, I went home to visit Mother who was bedridden after an operation. Mother tried to smile but I was heartbroken because she was so thin and feeble but Mother said, 'Don't cry, son! I'm not in pain!'
That was Mother's Eighth Lie.

Telling me this, her eighth lie, she died ..
YES, MOTHER WAS AN ANGEL!

M - O - T - H - E - R

'M' is for the Million things she gave me
'O' means Only that she's growing old
'T' is for the Tears she shed to save me
'H' is for her Heart of gold
'E' is for her Eyes with love-light shining in them
'R' means Right, and right she'll always be,
Put them all together, they spell 'MOTHER' a word that means the world to me.

For those of you who are lucky to be still blessed with your Mom's presence on Earth, this story is beautiful. For those who aren't so blessed, this is even more beautiful.

~-~-~-~Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-3886118416948420802008-10-02T20:53:00.003+08:002008-10-02T21:50:13.921+08:00~Intervals~Hi! Sorry for not updating in such a long time. Have nothing much to blog about and I don't think it'll interest you people if I post about those trivial matters that had happened for the past few weeks. This post is just like a gap to alter the 'last update' that is being showed in the blogroll of my friends' blog... Hehe.. Anyway, the past few weeks were great! =) Although there were some emo-ism in class, arguments and stressful events, they all ended well and things got a lot better with holidays. Able to spend more time studying compared to schooling days (school dismiss late, reach home late, eat late, study late, sleep late, go to school late). Everything's associated with late T.T

Now that everything seems to have cooled down, its time for exam. Another stress. ><

Current mood:
1. Trying to prepare for end year examination and muet.
2. Trying to spend more time with family.
3. Hoping that people will understand some of my unspoken actions.
4. Looking forward to the next holiday (end of the year)
5. Hoping that there's no extra classes during the long term holiday. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of calling it long term holiday? Lol...

Take care and good luck in whatever you do! ^^

Quote of the post : Understanding is the foundation for a strong friendship. =)

Adios~Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7635386129723181931.post-30425815490276835842008-09-05T20:16:00.006+08:002008-09-05T21:23:01.541+08:00~Somebody Tagged Me!~Okay first off, does the title sounds familiar to some of you? I also don't know why suddenly I am here posting about taxonomy. Haha.. It was yesterday when my bio teacher was telling us about the chapter 'taxonomy' and how we are going to do a group project in that chapter. Today, while I was browsing through the wiki I happen to come across this word. From what I know, taxonomy is the classification of organisms into a hierarchy of groupings. (Happen to read the first page of taxonomy from my biology textbook). Here's what taxonomy means from wiki:

Taxonomy, sometimes alpha taxonomy, is the science of finding, describing and categorizing organisms, thus giving rise to taxonomic groups or taxa (singular: taxon), which may then be named.

There are seven major levels of taxonomic groupings in traditional Linnaean taxonomy: Kingdom, Phylum or Division, Class, Order, Family, Genus, and Species (each of which may have several super- or sub groupings). Alpha taxonomy, however, focuses more on the species end of that spectrum (e.g., classifying organisms [specimens] into species groups, and classifying those into genera, rather than determining the higher-level relationships between families or orders).

Lilium Hybrid 'Stargazer'

Probably the group work will involve going around different areas collecting plants specimen. Lol... Hope it's interesting though. =)
Vyrohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01377936811469016851noreply@blogger.com0
